IDENTITY LAB
The Identity Lab is an internal research space focused on exploring new workflows for visual effects production. It combines traditional film laboratory thinking with modern tools such as artificial intelligence, procedural systems and pipeline automation. The goal is simple: build tools and processes that help artists work faster, iterate more freely and maintain full creative control through clear, production-ready systems.
Synkr Pro is an in-house review and production management platform designed specifically for visual effects workflows, allowing frame-accurate notes, shot tracking and collaboration between artists and supervisors.
Set Extension Pro visualizes the relationship between camera data, image input, AI generation, camera projection, compositing and final output inside a structured node graph. The system is designed to keep the workflow readable, modular and artist-driven while accelerating environment extension development.
